We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Since the Model 251 products by MKBHD will be a limited release or be custom made to order, store credit will be provided for a return. Head over to the returns portal and we'll give you a prepaid return label.
We have hassle free returns within the US but international return costs are borne by the customer.
