How much is it to return a pair of Atoms shoes?

Atoms offers complimentary shipping options as well as several paid options depending upon your location within the United States. If you need a return label, head over to our returns portal here. As soon as you enter your order number and shipping zip, you'll be able to drop it off with printerless returns at any number of local retailers or receive a pre-paid return label. If you prefer a traditional experience, we'll give you a return label that can be dropped off at your local carrier's office. A $10 return fee will be debited from your refund or the full balance will be issued in the form of store credit.

We don't offer free returns for international orders yet so the customer has to bear the cost of the return. Please contact us at support@atoms.com if you need to exchange or return an international order.
