When will I receive my refund?

A refund will be initiated within 4-7 business days of receiving the shoes. Once the return has been processed, you will receive an email notification that the refund has been initiated.

For most banks, it will appear in your account in 2 to 3 business days. Depending upon your bank, it can take up to 10 business days for it to be settled.

This is generally for smaller banks such as a local credit union or regional bank.
