It depends. Atoms abides by all local, state, and federal regulations. The sales tax collected will depend upon your region and the interstate commerce agreements between regions. Some states have sales of origin tax policies while others have sale of destination. It is mostly applicable to our customers in New York and California. If there is a sales tax, you'll see it calculated at check out.
