My package is lost
If your package is missing and you think it may be lost, we'll figure it out.
The basics
First double-check the address information on your order as there are instances when it auto-filled incorrectly by your browser or through Apple Pay and you didn't notice it at checkout. If it was sent to a different address such as a family member or your workplace, you should swing by to retrieve it.
If address information is correct, check if it was delivered to the correct address. Sometimes your neighbor might have it but they haven't gotten around to giving it to you yet.
Was it delivered to a pick up location instead of your home? We offer the ability to ship it to convenient pick up locations nearby. One it is delivered, you'll have a week to pick it up. All you need to do is bring your ID.
File a claim
