International Shipping

Below, you'll find all the details you need about our shipping options, duties, and how to make the most of your order.

We are excited to offer shipping to most regions around the globe! We currently ship to all countries except for Cuba, Iran, Libya, Russia, Syria, The Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Ukraine, Venezuela, and Yemen.

When it comes to delivery times, international packages may take up to 2-4 weeks with our economical APC service. They offer a consolidation service that ships a larger number of packages to a specific region at once and pass that savings onto you in exchange for waiting.

If you're looking for a quicker option, our faster FedEx or DHL services can deliver your order within a week as those ship immediately.

Please note that pricing and availability will be displayed at checkout as it is region specific.

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, we recommend paying for any duties upfront. However, if it's available in your region, you can opt to pay them upon delivery. Please keep in mind the following:

• If the package is refused due to unpaid duties, the items can be returned to us, but we will not refund the shipping cost.

• If the package is refused and destroyed overseas, we will not refund the value of the order since the product was not returned.

• All duties must be paid in order to receive your package.

• Some regions may be impacted with delays or temporarily suspended for any number of reasons such as natural disasters or geopolitical conflicts. Please keep an eye out for updates in your local regions if you may be effected and we hope your communities are out of harms way.

By paying for the taxes and duties upfront, it creates a seamless door to door experience where our broker handles the customs and payment processing on your behalf. Alternatively, we do provide the option to pay upon delivery to save you some money on currency conversion fees.

To help you estimate your shipping costs and avoid any surprises, we recommend using the Duty Calculator by Zonos. Just enter your shipping information information followed by the description of the items and the shipping method mentioned above. If you want to use another calculator then use the following HS codes based on what you are ordering:

For a more accurate estimate, you can also proceed halfway through the checkout process and enter your address information.

Currently, we do not offer automated returns for international orders. If you need to return or exchange an item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please email support@atoms.com for instructions on how to proceed.
