How is the arch support in Atoms?

That is the toughest question for us to answer.
Most shoes have a predefined arch to provide some level of arch support but it may be uncomfortable if you are flat footed or have high arches as that predefined support may not match what you need. We ended up taking a different approach.
The midsole we use a custom foam we developed that is designed to form to your feet over time. Think of it like a memory foam mattress for your feet but it'll hold its shape as time goes on giving you a personalized level of arch support. When you read our reviews about how comfortable our shoes are, that is most of our secret sauce. But if you still need more support our insoles are removable in case you prefer your own brand of orthotics.
