Head over to our Returns Portal (returns.atoms.com), generate a pre-paid return label, and send your current pair back.

On the Returns Portal, enter your order number and the zip code of the shipping address.

Next, select an item that you would like to return or exchange. If you need to exchange one shoe, click the entire item as seen below.

Next, select if you a returning an item for a refund or gift card (your choice) or if you would like to exchange an item for a new size or color. We'll deduct the $10 return fee from the refund back to the original payment method but will credit the entire balance for store credit on a gift card.

If you are returning the item, you can choose if you want a gift card emailed to you as store credit or if you would like a refund to the original payment method.

If you are exchanging the item, you can exchange it for any item we have available regardless of price.

If you bought a pair of shoes for $145 then you can get another pair of shoes for the same price.

If you bought a pair of shoes for $145 and would like to buy more than $145, you can pay the difference upon checkout.

If you bought a pair of shoes for $145 and would like to exchange it for socks, you can do that as well and we'll refund the difference to your original payment method minus the $10 return fee or a gift card, your choice.

If you bought a pair of shoes on sale for $129 then you can still exchange it for the original value of $145. No need to worry about the sale expiring or needing to use another promo code.

We do not ship internationally unfortunately. If you bought a pair while in the US or used an export service and would like to return or exchange a pair, you'll need to send it to the address below. Please include your name and order number in the box.
