For any returns within the US, head over to our Returns Portal and we'll email you a pre-paid return label. A $10 return fee will be deducted from your refund or the full balance will be credited back to you if you opt for store credit.

Feel free to wear the shoes outside to ensure it works with your every day.

Notable exceptions:

• Our masks and mystery boxes are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

• Custom made shoes and limited edition shoes are available for one exchange only or can be returned for store credit.

• We may release other products not mentioned above so look at each product page for specifics.

• Any collaborations we do with third parties will need to be returned to that brand specifically.

We don't offer free returns for international orders yet and the customer must bear the cost for international shipping and returns.
